Owned product design for the warehouse and logistics business unit, creating workflows that improved inventory accuracy and streamlined inbound and outbound operations across multiple African markets.
Led the design of enterprise inventory and order processing workflows as part of a SAP ERP replacement initiative, contributing to $250K+ in annual software subscription cost savings.
